ChiikiShinbunsha Company Limited reported consolidated earnings results for the full year ended August 31, 2015. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 3,457 million, operating income of JPY 74 million, ordinary income of JPY 79 million, net income of JPY 25 million and net income per share of JPY 13.59. Net assets per share as at August 31, 2015 were JPY 485.24. Net income before income taxes was JPY 71,705,000 and net income before minority interests was JPY 25,074,000. Cash flow from operating activities was JPY 9,951,000, expense by acquiring property, plant and equipment was JPY 24,208,000 and expense by acquiring intangible assets was JPY 35,003,000.

The leaflet distribution business is engaged in the distribution of leaflets in Chiiki Shimbun.
