VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT -

POTENTIAL REORGANISATION OF THE CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER

This is a voluntary announcement made by Chengdu PUTIAN Telecommunications Cable Company Limited (the "Company").

On 24 February 2021, the Company was informed by China Potevio Company Limited* (ʕ਷౷˂ڦ ࢹପٰุ΅Ϟࠢʮ̡) ("China Potevio"), the controlling shareholder of the Company, that it has been planning a reorganisation with China Electronics Technology Group Corporation* (ʕ਷ཥɿ߅Ҧණྠ Ϟࠢʮ̡) (the "Reorganisation").

At present, the Reorganisation does not involve material asset reorganisation of the Company and will not affect its normal operations.

Currently, China Potevio remains as the controlling shareholder of the Company. Based on the progress of the Reorganisation, the Company will disclose information in a timely manner in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.

As the Reorganisation is still in the planning stage, shareholders of the Company and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
