Exiv V2X Private Investment Joint Corporation acquired 8.1% stake in Chemtronics.Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A089010) from NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A005940) for KRW 5.5 billion on January 12, 2018. Under the terms, Exiv V2X Private Investment Joint Corporation acquired 1.1 million shares at KRW 5,023 per share. Post-acquisition, NH Investment & Securities reduced the shareholding from 1.1 million shares to 70 shares.
