True Drinks Holdings Inc. announced the appointment of Adam Mirkovich as Chief Information Officer of Charlie's Chalk Dust. In his new role, Adam will oversee data, process, and analytics management across the Company's entire supply chain and report directly to the Company's Chief Operating Officer, Ryan Stump. Adam will also oversee new product development and commercialization for the Company's diverse line of products. Adam has shown significant operations expertise in the nicotine vape and beverage spaces throughout his career in a multitude of roles. Before joining the Company, Adam served as the COO for a multi-state premium cannabis vape brand, Orchid Ventures.
Charlie's Holdings, Inc. is engaged in formulating, marketing and distributing non-combustible nicotine-related products, alternative alkaloid vapor products, and hemp-derived vapor and edible products. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Charlieâs Chalk Dust, LLC, which produces and sells nicotine-based and alternative alkaloid vapor products, and Don Polly, LLC, develops, markets and distributes products containing cannabinoids derived from hemp. Its alternative alkaloid products include SPREE BAR vapes with Metatine and are available with rechargeable, reusable batteries. Its other cannabinoids include PINWEEL Disposable, PINWEEL Carts and PINWEEL Edibles.
