Shanghai Xunxi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 30,000,000 in an equity round of funding from new investor, Changshu Tianyin Electromechanical Co.,Ltd on June 18, 2021. The company's registered capital will increase from CNY 20,000,000 to CNY 50,000,000. The transaction has been approved at the investor's 17th meeting of the 4th directorate and does not need the shareholders’ approval.
Changshu Tianyin Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of refrigerator compressor parts and components. The Company mainly provides refrigerator compressor starters, including no-power consumption starters, unitary no-power consumption starters, positive temperature coefficient (PTC) starters, unitary mini PTC starters, hammer starters and others; thermal protectors, as well as compressor use plastic parts, including inspiration silencers, junction boxes and military information equipment, among others. The Company's products are mainly used in refrigerators, freezers and commercial refrigeration compressors, among others.
