Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited is a British Virgin Islands-based exploration and development company that owns the Tulkubash and Kyzyltash Gold Projects in the Kyrgyz Republic. Located in the Tien Shan gold belt in the Northwest of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Companyâs license consists of two projects, Tulkubash (Stage 1) and Kyzyltash (Stage 2). Tulkubash is an oxide gold deposit suitable for open pit mining and extraction using standard heap leach gold extraction technology. The open pit design is composed of three separate pits arranged along the strike of the orebody. The Kyzyltash deposit is composed of two orebodies known as Contact and Main Zones. Kyzyltash is a series of sulphide-bearing orebodies made up of the Main Zone and Contact Zone mineralization. The mineralized zones occur within two subparallel northeast-trending structural zones that have been traced for 10 kilometers along the strike.
