An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire 555 Coronation Drive office building in Toowong, Brisbane from Centuria Office REIT (ASX:COF) for AUD 37.3 million on June 5, 2024. A cash consideration of AUD 37.5 million will be paid by the buyer. Completion is expected during June 2024.
