The company provided consolidated earnings guidance for the second quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2017. For the quarter, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 863,000 million, operating income of JPY 326,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 298,000 million and net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 209,000 million or JPY 1,062 per share.

For the year, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 1,736,000 million, operating income of JPY 577,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 520,000 million and net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 363,000 million or JPY 1,844.52 per share.
