On January 19, 2018, AmerisourceBergen Corporation announced that it has received a shareholder proposal from UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust, urging the board of directors to adopt a policy that the Company will disclose annually whether it, in the previous fiscal year, recouped any incentive compensation from any senior executive or caused a senior executive to forfeit an incentive compensation award (each, a ‘clawback’) as a result of applying the policy.
