Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Further to its announcement on 9 January 2018, CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc has today published a Supplementary Prospectus in relation to its share issuance programme of up to 100 million new ordinary shares in aggregate (the 'Share Issuance Programme'), including an initial placing, offer for subscription and intermediaries offer (the 'Initial Issue'). The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under section 87G of the FSMA and paragraph 3.4 of the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Company's audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2017.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus published by the Company on 9 January 2018 in connection with the Share Issuance Programme.

Further details of the Initial Issue are set out in the Prospectus published on 9 January 2018 and the Supplementary Prospectus. The expected timetable for the Initial Issue remains unchanged. The Supplementary Prospectus, subject to certain access restrictions, will be available for inspection at the Company's registered office (Mermaid House, 2 Puddle Dock, London EC4V 3DB), and via the Company's website (www.ccjapanincomeandgrowthtrust.com).
