San Pedro Del Pinatar Retail Park comprises the existing retail park (“Phase I”) and a vacant plot of land adjacent to Phase I on which a 2 750 m2 extension to Phase I and an additional 80 parking spaces will be developed. In a related transaction Castellana Properties SOCIMI SA acquired Alameda Park from Grupo Alvores for €54.6 million on December 5, 2017. Transaction is not subject to any conditions precedent.
