The information regarding the dates for the events mentioned at points 2 and 3 will be communicated to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and introduced in the financial calendar for 2021, as soon as the Board of Administrators of Casa de Bucovina - Club de Munte S.A. will adopt a decision regarding the date of convening the General Shareholders Meeting for the approval of the financial results on 31.12.2020.

The events representing teleconferences and/or meetings with the financial analysts and investors for the presentation of the financial results will be communicated later, as the case may be.
