Captii Limited Appoints Yong Kam Fei as an Non-Executive Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit and Nominating Committees and Member of the Remuneration Committee

Captii Limited announced that Nominating Committee has recommended the appointment of Mr. Yong Kam Fei ("Mr Yong") as an non-executive Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit and Nominating Committees and Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company and the Board has approved his appointment based on his qualifications and work experience. Working Experience Audit Partner with more than 30 years of experience in the profession. Prior to his retirement in October 2021, Mr. Yong was: -Head of Audit and Assurance (RSM Malaysia); - Head of Risk Management Practice (RSM Malaysia); and - Head of Outsourcing Division (RSM).

Appointment Date is April 24, 2024. Professional Qualifications Fellow Member, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Fellow Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW) Member, Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Mr. Yong will be attending the mandatory training course conducted by the Singapore Institute of Directors, within one year from the date of his appointment, to familiarize himself with the roles and responsibilities of a public company listed in Singapore.
