Capstone Financial Group, Inc. (OTCBB:CAPP) agreed to acquire National Independent Broker-Dealer and RIA for $2 million on December 9, 2013. National Independent generates approximately $5 million in annual gross revenue and it manages approximately $180 million in assets for the year ending December 31, 2012. The transaction is subject to FINRA approval of a rule 1017 continuing membership application and expected to complete in early 2014.
