1. NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
2. 1. Canara Bank, Circle office, DELHI (hereinafter the Bank) invites item rate sealed tenders from eligible & experienced Firms / Companies in "TWO BID CONCEPT" for Hiring of Private Security Agencies for providing Armed/Unarmed Guards/ATM Caretakers for Canara Bank.
   2. Brief details of the work: The work involves providing of Armed/Unarmed Security
      Guards/ATM caretakers, as the case may be, to various locations of: Branches, ATMs and Administrative units of Canara Bank under DELHI CIRCLE OFFICE (Delhi, Uttrakhand, Districts of Ghaziabad & Gautam Budh Nagar). The general requirements / Terms of Service are as specified in Annexure 11.
   3. Present requirement of Guards - Approximately 164 Number of Armed guards and 10 number of un Armed Guards in branches/administrative units and caretakers for ATMs for 345 ATM under DELHI Circle. This number / location may increase / decrease as per requirement of the Bank.

3. Canara Bank in its absolute discretion, but without being under any obligation to do so, update, amend or supplement the information in this RFP. Canara Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the request of proposals received in response to this RFP document at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of Canara Bank shall be final, conclusive and binding on all parties.

1. DETAILS OF THE RFP/NIT
