(OTCQX: CTTC) announced today that Judge Theodore Tyma has denied the Company's motion to vacate the arbitration award in favor of its former CEO John B. Nano and has granted Mr. Nano's application to confirm the award. The Company is reviewing the decision, weighing the prospects of an appeal.
