On January 27, 2021, California Water Service Group issued a press release (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference) announcing the declaration of an increase in the annual dividend by $0.07, or 8.2%, from $0.85 to $0.92. The quarterly dividend of $0.23 per common share will be payable on February 19, 2021 to stockholders of record on February 8, 2021.
