Buzzi acquires treasury shares for more than EUR1 million

(Alliance News) - Buzzi Spa announced Monday that on May 10 it bought back 34,605 of its own ordinary shares at a price of EUR38.3491 for a total consideration of EUR1.3 million.

As of today, the company holds 7.5 million shares, or 3.9 percent of the share capital.

Buzzi trades in the red by 1.1 percent at EUR38.08 per share.
