Canada - BTU METALS CORP. ('BTU' or the 'Company') (BTU-TSX:V BTUMF-OTC) announces that its Board of Directors has determined that it is in the best interests of the Company to extend the term of 2,712,500 common share purchase warrants issued as part of private placement on February 28th, 2020 with a two year term.

The Warrants are set to expire February 28th, 2022. Accordingly, subject to the TSX Venture Exchange (the 'TSXV') acceptance, BTU is extending the term of these Warrants for an additional 12 months with the new expiry date to be February 28th, 2023. All of other terms of the Warrants remain unchanged.

BTU Metals Corp. is a junior, mining exploration company focused on its Dixie Halo project located in Red Lake, Ontario.
