BRIOSCHI SVILUPPO IMMOBILIARE S.P.A. (Alliance News) - Brioschi Spa on Wednesday reported that it closed the half-year with a net loss of EUR196,000 from a profit of EUR5.7 million in the same period of 2022.
Consolidated gross operating margin is positive EUR1.7 million from EUR3.6 million in the first half of 2022.
Revenues are EUR9.3 million, down from EUR21.0 million as of June 30, 2022.
Total net financial position declines to EUR68.2 million from EUR71.1 million, while equity attributable to the group as of June 30 amounted to EUR106.3 million.
Brioschi trades in the red by 0.6 percent at EUR0.06 per share.
