BRB - Banco de Brasília S.A. reported consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017. For the quarter, the company reported net income of BRL 71.6 million, a decrease compared to the same period of the previous year, due to the reduction of over 81% in other operating income. The annualized return on average shareholders' equity in the quarter was 17.0%, an increase of 3.4% compared to third quarter of 2016

For the nine months, net income increased by 6.0%, totaling BRL 162.1 million.

The company still believes in the possibility of achieving good performance in 2017. Considering internal and external projections and scenarios, the Management maintains its expectations of improvement in the local and national economy and ratifies the Guidance for 2017. The company expects return on average equity in the range of 10% to 14%.
