As part of Box's commitment to ESG (Environment, Social, Governance), we continually look for opportunities to improve how we protect our planet, invest in people and communities, and act with integrity. Following the release of our ESG Framework earlier this year, members of our ESG cross-functional team prioritized creating a Supplier Code of Conduct. Today we're excited to announce and share this new Box Supplier Code of Conduct with you.
At Box, we are unwavering in our commitment to the highest standards of ethical conduct and social responsibility. We seek to act with integrity in all we do, and we expect the same commitment from our suppliers. Just as our customers influence Box priorities, we know our Box priorities and expectations also influence our vendors and partners.
To make our expectations clear and to help ensure Box spends its money with vendors in line with Box values, the Box Supplier Code of Conduct sets forth standards of integrity, accountability, and responsibility that Box expects its suppliers to uphold.
