By The value of the issue reaches €3 billion
AIAF, BME's Corporate Debt Market, has admitted to trading one issue of single bonds issued by CaixaBank, worth €3billion on SEND (Sistema Electrónico de Negociación de Deuda), AIAF's electronic trading platform for retail investors.
The amortization period of the issue is 3 years, until 20 January 2015.
The nominal amount of the issue is €1,000, it has a fixed interest and a 4.91% nominal coupon and is aimed at retail investors, hence its inclusion in the SEND platform. The minimum amount that can be invested is €6,000.
Banco Santander acts as the liquidity provider for the issue.
