EuroInvestor.com A/S (CPSE:EI) cancelled the acquisition of Reel Finans Pantebrevsselskab A/S.

EuroInvestor.com A/S (CPSE:EI) signed an agreement to acquire Reel Finans Pantebrevsselskab A/S on February 24, 2016. Under the terms of the agreement, EuroInvestor will pay the consideration partially in cash and partially by a total of 2.2 million shares in Euroinvestor.com. The transaction will be financed by a private placement and use of treasury shares. Frederik Rovsing will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Euroinvestor.com A/S.
