The Boeing Company has named Brian Moran as president of European Union and NATO Relations. Moran will be responsible for working with all European institutions and representing Boeing interests at the EU, European Parliament and NATO. Moran, who will be based in Brussels, Belgium, succeeds Antonio De Palmas, who has been appointed president of Boeing Italy.

Moran will report to Shep Hill, president, Boeing International, and senior vice president, Business Development and Strategy. Prior to this role, Moran led Boeing International activities in Northern Europe. Based in Berlin, Germany, Moran helped to develop government and industry relationships, working closely with Boeing's businesses to identify and assess new opportunities.

Previously, Moran was director of Communications for the Business Development & Strategic Integration organization of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where he led a team focused on the development, integration and delivery of strategic messaging in the areas of product and services strategy, aviation and environmental policy and international strategy.
