Bisichi announces, following the Company's 112th Annual General Meeting held today at 12 Charles II Street, St James, London SW1Y 4QU on Tuesday 18 June 2024 at 11:00 am, the outcome of the resolutions put to shareholders.
On all Ordinary Resolutions 1-9 voting was conducted by way of a poll. Resolutions 1-9 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions.

Bisichi PLC is a United Kingdom-based mining company. The Companyâs principal activity is coal mining and processing in South Africa. Its segments include South African mining operations and UK property. It holds Black Wattle Colliery, which is an opencast mining colliery, located in the Witbank Coalfield near Middelburg, Mpumalanga. Black Wattle produces low phosphorous, low sulphur bituminous coal which is suitable for use as an export quality steam coal and as a feedstock for the Ferrochrome Industry South African domestic market. Its South African coal processing operation, Sisonke Coal Processing, is located about three kilometers south of Middelburg, Mpumulanga. It invests in retail property across the United Kingdom as well as residential property development. Its investment portfolio comprises primarily of entities involved in extractive and energy related business activities, including entities involved in the extraction of commodities needed for the clean energy transition.
