BELLSYSTEM24 Holdings, Inc. reported consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended February 28, 2019. For the year, on consolidated basis, the company reported revenue of JPY 121,113 million compared to JPY 115,618 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 8,580 million compared to JPY 9,319 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 4,780 million compared to JPY 5,651 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share JPY 73.37 compared to JPY 76.39 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share JPY 72.82 compared to JPY 75.87 a year ago.
For the year, on consolidated basis, the company reported revenue of JPY 17,691 million compared to JPY 17,135 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 5,260 million compared to JPY 4,959 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 3,727 million compared to JPY 3,059 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share JPY 50.66 compared to JPY 41.70 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share JPY 50.28 compared to JPY 41.42 a year ago.
For the fiscal year ending February 29, 2020, the company expects revenue of JPY 129,000 million, operating income of JPY 11,500 million, net income of JPY 6,960 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 93.86.
Bellsystem24 Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company engaged in the customer relationship management (CRM) business mainly including contact center operations. The Company has two business segments. The CRM segment is engaged in the traditional inbound and outbound call business, as well as the provision of customer support services, sales support services, technical support services and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for client companies through telephone, Web and social medias. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of content for general consumers on a monthly basis, and weather forecast content for businesses through mobile personal computers (PCs), as well as the general affairs and administrative business.
