WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co. KG entered into an agreement in principle to acquire Mobile Machine Control Solutions business from Belden Inc. (NYSE:BDC) for $39 million on January 26, 2017. Consideration is subject to customary post-closing adjustments. The sale also includes 50% interest in a Chinese joint venture. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Transaction is expected to close in the second fiscal quarter of 2017. The divestiture of the MCS business is expected to reduce revenues and EPS by approximately $27 million and $0.05, respectively for Belden Inc.
