Jipin Network Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 40 million on October 13, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Beijing Career International Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300662) to retain its 100% stake in the company. Post the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10 million to CNY 50 million. The transaction has been approved in the 23rd meeting of the second board of directors and the 21st meeting of the second board of supervisors of the investor.
Beijing Career International Co Ltd is a company mainly providing human resources related services. The Company has three major businesses which are flexible employment, middle and high-end talents searching and recruitment process outsourcing. The flexible employment services provided include job outsourcing, business process outsourcing, offshore outsourcing, part-time services and talent dispatch. The middle and high-end talents searching business is involved in searching middle and high-end management and professional technical talents for clients. The Company also operates the development of online platforms to serve recruitment, onboarding, attendance and other human resources activities, and its software-as-a-service (SaaS) products include Ruiping SaaS resume management software and Hialari attendance and salary management software.
