BBVA's Turkish bank Garanti has been named as the most loved mobile bank in Turkey, a new survey has revealed. Within the survey, 22 brands have been identified in which Turkish people are enthusiastically connected.

The research is based on a questionnaire which looks at a number of deciding factors, including mindset, emotional proximity, and crucially the level of satisfaction customers have when it comes to both their needs and expectations.

In typical digital fashion, Garanti has also produced a special 30-second animation to thank its customers for their nominations.

In the video this information of recognition is given symbolically by portraiting two people in love and with lot of hearts in the mobile screen. The bank has also temporarily transformed its catch line of 'Anything Else' into 'We do not need anything else than your love!'.

Lovemark Turkey is a research led by Mediacat and carried out by Ipsos in collaboration with Fikri mühim. Specific target audiences were chosen in some convenient categories and the research is made online.

The purpose of the MediaCat Lovemark Research is to determine which brand is the 'Lovemark' in certain categories.
