BasicNet updates on the status of its buyback program

(Alliance News) - BasicNet Spa announced Monday that it bought back 8,230 of its own ordinary shares between Jan. 9 and Jan. 13.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR5.5220, for a total consideration of EUR45,446.78.

As of today, the company holds 3.9 million treasury shares, or 7.3 percent of its share capital.

BasicNet's stock trades at a par at EUR5.48 per share.
