Turin, January 9th, 2017 -Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period January 2ndand 6th2017, acquired on the MTA 5,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,429,740 treasury shares, equal to 8.902% of the share capital.

Basic Net SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the retail industry. Basic Net SpA is a parent of the BasicNet Group and together with its subsidiaries focuses on distribution and development of branded leisurewear, sportswear, footwear and accessories under various trademarks, including Kappa, Robe di Kappa, Jesus Jeans, K-Way, Superga, Briko, Sebago and Sabelt.
