Sebago^® debuts at the Seek in Berlin; Kappa^® is back unveiling the Authentic label

Double presence of BasicNet brands at Seek in Berlin, one of the most important European fashion trade fairs (Arena Berlin, 16-18 January). After the acquisition of Sebago^® by BasicNet (July 31^st, 2017), the iconic American brand - famous for its crafted moccasins and for Docksides sailing shoes - makes its first public appearance with a choice of the Q3Q4 2018 collection. Besides, the 'Omini' brand is back at Seek thanks to the German licensee Kappa^® Deutschland GmbH, which unveils the Q3Q4 2018 Authentic collection (fall-winter).

Basic Net SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the retail industry. Basic Net SpA is a parent of the BasicNet Group and together with its subsidiaries focuses on distribution and development of branded leisurewear, sportswear, footwear and accessories under various trademarks, including Kappa, Robe di Kappa, Jesus Jeans, K-Way, Superga, Briko, Sebago and Sabelt. The Group reports three segments: License and brand management, which involves the management of overseas licensees and sourcing centers by such Group companies as BasicNet S.p.A., Basic Properties B.V., among others; Proprietary licensee, which involves the direct management of the sales channels, both in terms of sales to retail and consumers, through BasicItalia S.p.A.
