The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (NYSE:BK) plans to sell 525 William Penn Place and it gradually vacate the building. "That will definitely have an impact on the market," said Gerard McLaughlin, Executive Managing Director of the Pittsburgh office of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
