B-Scada, Inc. Announces Discontinuation of Scada Product Line

B-Scada, Inc. announced that effective immediately it is discontinuing to offer its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software products to the industrial automation market. B-Scada will be devoting its efforts to the development of new software products but the future success and revenue generated from these products is uncertain. If lines of new business do not generate sufficient revenues or prospects for B-Scada Inc. by December 2019, there is a substantial possibility that the company will cease operations and take appropriate steps to reorganize or liquidate in early 2020. While B-Scada has decided to discontinue offering its SCADA software products to the industrial automation market effective May 31, 2019, the company will continue to support existing customers until at least the end of 2019.
B-Scada, Inc. is engaged in the business of developing software and hardware products for the visualization and monitoring of data in residential and commercial settings and in heavy industries. The Company provides software and hardware solutions for the monitoring and analysis of real time data in the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), IoT (Internet of Things) and smart city domains. Its systems are sold around the world in various verticals, including building automation, transportation, smart grid, manufacturing, agriculture, and commerce. Its solutions are deployed onsite and as cloud-hosted solutions in a software as a service (SaaS) model. It specializes in the compelling visualization of real-time data and has produced data visualization solutions for manufacturing, power and utilities, automation, and other fields of business making use of human machine interface (HMI) and SCADA software products. The Company's products are marketed and sold globally.
