Atos announces that it has received two revised proposals for financial restructuring, from EPEI in association with Attestor Limited on the one hand, and from a consortium comprising Onepoint, Butler Industries, Econocom and certain creditors on the other.

These proposals, received as part of the conciliation procedure, are deemed to be broadly in line with the financial parameters set by the company, particularly with regard to debt reduction and short- and medium-term financing requirements.

Accordingly, the Atos Board of Directors has authorized management to work with the Group's financial creditors, under the aegis of the conciliator, to ensure that maximum support for any of these proposals is likely to be secured by June 5.

Additional interim financing of 350 million euros from July until final implementation of the financial restructuring agreement is being negotiated as part of the revised financial proposals that have been submitted.
