Atos announced that Onepoint intends to withdraw from the group's share capital. The Atos board received the news alongside the resignation of David Layani, the CEO of Onepoint, from his position as director. Helen Lee-Bouygues has also resigned with immediate effect from the Atos board.
She had become a director at the same time as Layani at the end of February to represent the interest of Onepoint, Atos' anchor shareholder since the end of 2023.
