Atam Valves Limited announced the sad demise of Mr. Ravi Bhushan Jain, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on 14 December, 2023 which was intimated to the Company by the family member of Mr. Ravi Bhushan Jain on 15 December, 2023. Mr. Ravi Bhushan Jain was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 04 July, 2019.

The Company provides a range of products consisting of gate valves, globe valves, non-return valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, parallel slide (blow down) valves, safety valves, pressure reducing valves, steam traps, and fusible plugs.
