Aspiro AB today announced that the company has 16 new integration partners ahead of the launch of TIDAL - the company's subscription service for music streaming in HiFi sound quality in the U.S. and the UK.

TIDAL offers - unlike today's players in streaming music - HiFi audio quality, HD music videos and tailor made editorial by experienced music journalists. The launch will be supported by integration with leading home audio manufacturers:  Sonos, Denon HEOS, Harman Omni, Bluesound & NAD, Meridian, Auralic, Electrocompaniet, Simple Audio, Raumfeld, Dynaudio, Audiovector, Pro-ject, Airable by Tune In Media, HiFiAkademie and ickStream. Additional integrations partners will be announced shortly.

Aspiro's HiFi-subscription service has already seen a large demand in the countries it's previously launched in as WiMP HiFi. After recently having completed a successful new share issue, the company now has the financial resources to expand geographically and offer the streaming service to consumers in other parts of the world.

"It is exciting to see that so many of the most highly-considered manufacturers of audio equipment show such great interest in integrating TIDAL into their products. These launches in the U.S. and UK will enable us to reach millions of potential new customers  with limited marketing resources ," said Aspiro's CEO Andy Chen.

The music license agreements for TIDAL enables further future launches in a total of over 50 countries.
