Asia Media Group Berhad (KLSE:AMEDIA) entered into a conditional shares sale agreement to acquire 51% stake in Lookhere Network Sdn Bhd from Teo Choon How and Chong June Wei for MYR 12.2 million on January 28, 2022. The proposed acquisition of 102 ordinary shares in Lookhere Network Sdn Bhd represents 51% equity interest in Lookhere for a purchase consideration which will be satisfied via a combination of cash payment amounting to MYR 1.22 million and the issuance of up to 73,440,000 new AMGB Shares based on the minimum issue price of MYR 0.15 per Lookhere Consideration Share.
