According to the Stock Exchange of Thailand has posted "C" sign on the securities of Asia Capital Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") on 1 March 2021 due to the filing for rehabilitation of the Company on 23 February 2021 with the Central Bankruptcy Court and the Central Bankruptcy Court has issued an order to accept the rehabilitation petition on the same day.

The Company would like to inform the meeting schedule of the public presentation to the shareholders, investors and related parties for the 2nd quarter of 2022 with the objective to provide guidelines, corrective measures, and relevant considerations and actions with respect to such filing for rehabilitation of the Company.
