Asia Brands Berhad announced Re-designation of Mr. Kong Sau Kian to the new post of Non-Independent Director from the Previous Position of Independent Director, effective from 29 August 2022. Age is 58. Mr. Kong Sau Kian has served as an independent director for almost 12 years and he wishes to be re-designated as non-independent director.
