Asia Aviation Public Company Limited ("the Company") has offered and newly issued the convertible debentures on December 14, 2021 pursuant to the agreement in respect of "THB 2,200,000,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Debentures No. 1/2021 Due 2023 with Mandatory Conversion Condition" to North Haven Thai Private Equity, L.P. ("NHTPE") and Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited ("BBL"). Subsequently on June 16, 2022 NHTPE has notified the exercising of the conversion debentures rights in amount of 250,000 units (THB 250 million) to 142,857,142 ordinary shares. The details are in the notification of the exercise of convertible debentures and conversion price calculation, which was notified to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on June 16, 2022.

The Company hereby informs that, on June 20, 2022 the Company has completed the registration of change in paid-up capital of the Company in the amount of THB 14,285,714.20 with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce. As a result, the Company's paid-up capital has changed from THB 1,159,285,714.30 to THB 1,173,571,428.50, divided into 11,735,714,285 ordinary shares, with a par value of THB 0.10 per share. The Company's current total registered capital is THB 1,285,000,000.
