Art Vivant Co., Ltd. (TSE:7523) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000 shares, representing 1.37% of its share capital, for ¥150 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥970 per share.
The purpose of the program is to enable the execution of a flexible capital policy that flexibly responds to changes in the business environment. The program will expire on June 29, 2023. As of June 28, 2023, the company had 10,988,369 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 1,975,447 shares in treasury.
