Elim Corporation agreed to acquire 3.63% stake in Arion Technology Inc. from Gemini Value Fund No. 1, managed by Gemini Investment Corporation for KRW 1.5 billion.

Elim Corporation and PT Sinar Mas Group agreed to acquire 11.63% stake in Arion Technology Inc. (KOSDAQ:A058220) from Gemini Value Fund No. 1, managed by Gemini Investment Corporation (KOSDAQ:A019570) for KRW 11.9 billion on December 23, 2016. Under the terms, Elim Corporation will acquire 0.41 million shares and PT Sinar Mas Group will acquire 2.84 million shares at KRW 3,700 per share.
