Arctic Fish Holding AS is pleased to announce the appointment of Baldur Smári
Einarsson as the Company´s new CFO, effective from 1 January 2024.
Mr. Einarsson has served as Financial Controller in the Company since October
2019. Mr. Einarsson has a Cand. Oecon degree in Accounting and
Business/Management and has previously held several positions in accounting and
auditing. 
"I am very pleased that Baldur Smári Einarsson has accepted the role as Arctic
Fish Holding´s new CFO and that we were able to source the best candidate for
this role from within the Company", says Stein Ove Tveiten, CEO of Arctic Fish
Holding AS.

Baldur Smári Einarsson replaces Neil Shiran Thorisson, who resigned in August,
see the stock exchange announcement from 9th August 2023. Neil Shiran Thorisson
will remain available for the Company until no later than 28 February 2024, to
support a successful transition.
