Arco Vara AS Names Hillar-Peeter Luitsalu as New Chairman of the Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Arco Vara AS decided at its meeting on 10 June 2013 that Hillar-Peeter Luitsalu, the current Member of the Supervisory Board, will be the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board starting from June 11, 2013. Hillar-Peeter Luitsalu (born 1959) joined Arco Vara in 1993 and since then has been member of management bodies of various group companies.
