Apator : Nomination of the Management Board of Apator SA for new tenure

Further to current report no.12/2016, the Supervisory Board announces that recruitment process for Chief Executive Director has not been completed yet. Therefore, current Chief Executive Officer -Andrzej Szostak guided by the interest of Apator SA and Apator Group agreed to perform his function longer for the next tenure until recruitment process is completed.

Further to the above the Supervisory Board of Apator S.A. announces that on 13thJune 2016 it nominated the Management Board of Apator S.A. for the next tenure in the following makeup:

- Andrzej Szostak - Chief Executive Officer,

- Piotr Nowak - Member of Management Board,

- Piotr Dobrowolski - Member of Management Board.

Andrzej Szostak - Chief Executive Officer , Managing Director

Andrzej Szostak graduated from Warsaw School of Economics - Foreign Trade Department in Warsaw. Since 2013 Andrzej Szostak has been Chief Executive Officer - Managing Director in Apator SA. In 2007-20010 he was the Director of 3i plc - European leading private equity. In 1999-2007 he was the Chief Executive Officer in ROTHSCHILD Polska Sp. z o.o. In 1989-1999 he was Chief Executive Officer - Managing Partner in Access sp. z o.o.

Andrzej Szostak does not run any competitive activity to Apator SA. He is not in any competitive entity as the partner of civil partnership and he is not a member of any corporate body of competitive capital company or any other legal person as its member.

Andrzej Szostak is not entered in Insolvent Debtors Register kept based on National Court Register

Piotr Nowak - Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer

Piotr Nowak graduated from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń - English Philology Faculty and he also graduated from IESE Business School at Navarra University in Barcelona. He is the Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Since 2014 he has been the Member of Management Board - Chief Financial officer in Apator SA. In 2006 - 2014 Piotr Nowak was employed as Finance Director and Deputy President of management board in Netia SA. In 2003 - 2006 he was the Director of Controlling Department in PTC sp. z o.o. (currently T-Mobile Polska). In 2000 - 2003 he was the Member of the Management Board in Lucent Technologies Poland. In 1994 - 2000 he took-up managing and analytical positions in Ernst & Young Polska.

Piotr Nowak does not run any competitive activity to Apator SA. He is not in any competitive entity as the partner of civil partnership and he is not a member of any corporate body of competitive capital company or any other legal person as its member.

Piotr Nowak is not entered in Insolvent Debtors Register kept based on National Court Register Act.

Piotr Dobrowolski - Member of Management Board, Smart Grid Automation Director

Piotr Dobrowolski graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology - Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Since 2016 Piotr Dobrowolski has been Member of the Management Board - Smart Grid Automation Director in Apator SA.

In 2008 - 2014 Piotr Dobrowolski was the Member of Management Board - Managing Director in Siemens Sp. z o.o. and he was responsible for preparation of the strategy of power engineering sector in Poland and the development of new activities with the acquisitions included. In 2003 - 2007 he was Managing Director in Demag Delaval Industrial Turbomachinery Sp. z o.o., earlier since 1999 he was Business Director of Gas Power Stations and Turbines in Alstom Power Sp. z o.o. In 1991 - 1998 he took managing posts at ABB Zamech Sp. z o.o. He commenced his professional career in 1983 as design engineer in Zakłady Mechaniczne Zamech and then in ABB in Switzerland.

Piotr Dobrowolski does not run any competitive activity to Apator SA. He is not in any competitive entity as the partner of civil partnership and he is not a member of any corporate body of competitive capital company or any other legal person as its member.

Piotr Dobrowolski is not entered in Insolvent Debtors Register kept based on National Court Register Act.
