Jason Nicosia Joins Leadership Team as SVP of Franchise Sales

MADISON, N.J. (January 19, 2023) -- Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC today announced the promotion of Jason Nicosia to the brand's leadership team. As Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales, Nicosia will lead the national sales team to support the brand's strategic growth goals.

Nicosia has a career track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams. He most recently joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC as the Managing Regional Vice President for the East in 2022. Previously, Jason served as the National Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions for Anywhere Real Estate Inc., providing succession and growth strategies for six real estate brands, including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.

Prior to Anywhere Real Estate Inc., Nicosia held several sales and marketing leadership positions in real estate and tech startups, including a Builder Sales Executive Manager at Zillow Group. There he achieved 135% of annual team sales quota in 2017 and then exceeded new quotas in 2018.
