ANSELL LIMITED ACQUIRES BARRIERSAFE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL

3 January 2014 - Melbourne, Australia - Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN) today announced that the settlement of its purchase of BarrierSafe Solutions International has been completed.

This US$615 million acquisition was previously announced on 25th November, 2013.
